Chef Paul’s Hot Turkey Bacon Dressing

Course Salad Dressing


  • 8 pieces turkey bacon - crisp cooked and chopped
  • 3 tbsp red wine vinegar
  • 1/2 tsp Dijon mustard
  • kosher salt
  • freshly ground black pep
  • 1 tsp sugar


  1. Fry the bacon in olive oil.
  2. Remove bacon leaving oil and residue in pan. Crumble the bacon and set aside.
  3. Over low heat, whisk in the red wine vinegar, sugar, & Dijon mustard.
  4. Season with a pinch of salt & pepper.
  5. Add crumbled bacon and serve.
