Chef Paul’s Low Fat Buttermilk Ranch Dressing

Ingredients

  • 11/3 cup low-fat buttermilk
  • 2/3 cup low-fat mayonnaise
  • 2/3 cup low-fat sour cream
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 2 tsp chopped fresh chives
  • 2 tsp chopped fresh dill
  • 2 tsp chopped fresh parsley
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp pepper

Instructions

  1. Whisk together the buttermilk, mayonnaise, and sour cream in a bowl.
  2. Stir in the garlic powder, onion powder, chives, dill, parsley, salt, and pepper.
  3. Cover and refrigerate at least 30 minutes before serving.
