Chef Paul’s Simple Balsamic Vinaigrette
Ingredients
- 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
- 2 tsp. dark brown sugar
- 1 tbsp. chopped garlic
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp freshly ground pepper
- 3/4 cup extra-virgin olive oil
Instructions

Beat the vinegar in a bowl with sugar, garlic, salt & pepper until sugar & salt dissolves.

Then beat in the oil by droplets, whisking constantly. (Or place all ingredients in a screw-top jar and shake to combine.)

Adjust seasonings.
